Despite recent reports that red headed housewife Katherine played by Dana Delaney will be leaving Wisteria Lane to star in a new ABC pilot called Body of Evidence, these reports are false. According to Delaney's official website a statement was released quoting:

There are several articles out about Dana signing up to be on a new ABC TV Pilot Body of Evidence. Note that it's just a pilot, it's still in discussions, and there are no plans for Dana to depart from Desperate Housewives.
